Subway Clothes

Subway frickin reeks.

Some are worse than others. In York, Nebraska, there used to be one that was probably the worst in the world. It caused me to have Subway clothes.

Let’s start at the beginning. Subway makes its own bread, which should smell good, but a lot of Subways end up smelling like rotten dog barf. It’s really unfortunate, because I love to eat there.

So at this York Subway, specifically, I would hate the fact that we would go eat there and then my clothes would have this terrible smell for hours if not days. So I started wearing Subway clothes.

These would be clothes that I would primarily wear to Subway for the sole purpose of taking in the smell and therefore protecting my other clothes from becoming unwearable. If you think this is over the top, there were times that I washed my clothes and I could still smell the Way of the Sub coming through.

The newer Subway in York isn’t that bad and I went to one in Minneapolis that didn’t smell bad, but I had a rotten steak and cheese that caused me to not eat them for 2 years.
