I’ve worked for starbucks for 3 years and It was NOT fun to deal with people like you just as it wasn’t fun to have to deal with us. We only say all that crap because we get paid to say it. Half the time, people like you scream their orders over us talking… and no, I won’t stop to listen, and no, driving up faster to the window instead of listening to us giving you your total will not make your drink come faster. In fact, that just makes us push the decaf button so you get even crappier coffee than what you were paying for to begin with.

and by the way, keep sitting there on your phone with your hand out holding your credit card. we make you wait longer on purpose for being rude, and hope that that 20 will go sailing into the wind…

trust me, if you really don’t like it there, I’m sure there’s a Dunkin Donuts or a McDonald’s with better tasting coffee around. But good luck convincing them to put in only half a splenda for you, because unlike us, they’re not threatened a paycut for not taking your bullshit.

I love coffee, and Starbucks does a decent job, but SRSLY PPLZ! I drink black coffee. Why? Because I like coffee. If I wanted to ingest sugar and fat, I’d dip butter sticks in the sugar jar and eat that. I love how Starbucks is supposed to be this Mecca for coffee lovers, but really it’s just a place for suburbanites, like Donna, to convince themselves that they’re hip and cool. Newsflash, you’re neither hip nor cool–especially you, Mr. LAtte and you’re “excelent” spelling.

Honestly, I think that the York Starbucks is the only one I have been to where they say the “It’s a great day” thing.
