Butter in the Fridge

That’s ok, I actually wanted to rip my bread to pieces.

Cold butter is my nemesis. Honestly, nothing ruins a dinner like it. You get that perfect piece of bread. Fresh, steam rolling from within, you go to slather with butter and it looks like you hit it with a freight train.

What is there to do? You can always microwave it, but then you get the butter liquid in the bottom of the dish that hardens and is probably some form of sick greasy curd. That bottom liquid is terrible.

Your best bet is to leave you butter out in a dish, that way it’s room temperature and ready to use at a moments notice.

That’s why you should buy Country Crock butter instead. You never have to worry about it getting moldy like real butter at room temperature, and you can keep it chilled while it still goes on as smooth as, uhh… well… butter.
